We provide high quality products such as Benches, Tee Signs, Scorecards, and Golf Ball Washers as well as a whole host of other high quality items to meet the needs of golf courses across the country.
Our sales staff directly funds our business by obtaining sponsorships from local businesses and vendors.
We then are able to provide quality products to the golf course free of charge, generating a sizeable cost saving to them. We guarantee all products and maintenance for the golf course at no cost to them.

Sick Leave and Vacations
Each employee is eligible for 6 days of paid sick leave per year. Once you complete your introductory period (90 days) 1 day of paid sick time is accumulated for every two months worked. Other leaves of absences programs are outlined in our employee handbook.
Regular full-time employees are eligible for paid vacation. Our vacation schedule is as follows:
- One week after one year
- Two weeks after two years
- Three weeks after five years

Bench Craft employees are eligible for health care insurance (medical, dental and vision) after completion of a 90 day probation period. Eligibility to participate in our company 401K is available after 6 months of employment with Bench Craft, beginning the following quarter.
