How are you able to provide free golf course products?
Our products and services are provided at no cost to the Golf course. Instead, our sales staff directly funds the business by obtaining sponsors for each product. Local vendors and players receive sponsorship priority, and golf course management approves every potential sponsor. Our system offers golf courses a free alternative that also eliminates costs arising from design changes and course modifications.
What's your production time?
Typically scorecards can take anywhere from 60-90 days and course guides and golf course fixtures can take up to 90-120. (These production times may vary and many factors play into the production time: i.e. golf course approval process and sponsorship submission of ad copy).
How do we obtain the images?
We have programs like Google Earth where we extract images for yardage books.
What does the golf course need to do?
Golf course needs to provide updated par, yardage, handicap, course layout, photos of the course, and rules & regulations. We can extract this information from your website and current scorecard. We also have stock photos if the course is unable to provide photos specific to their course.
How many scorecards do we get?
We will provide an annual supply of scorecards all at no cost. It will depend on the rounds of golf per year.
How many yardage books do we get per year?
We print up to 5,000 yardage books annually for each course.
Where are you located?
Our Corporate Office is based out of Portland, OR. We also have regional sales offices in Salt Lake City, UT; Arlington, TX; Kansas City, MO; Ann Arbor, MI; Atlanta, GA & Dundalk, Ireland.
Do we have control on who advertises on our products?
Yes! The golf course dictates specific businesses or types of business that are not acceptable and we work within the guidelines that are set for us.
Do we have to find the sponsors?
No. We do all of the work contacting the sponsors.
